  • Because everything we do is meticulously handcrafted, we take a limited number of custom commissions each month. Start by filling out our [Inquiry Form]. Once I’ve reviewed your date and design, I’ll reach out with a custom quote. Your order is officially on my calendar once the 50% retainer is paid.

  • Being "finicky" takes time! For custom cakes and large cookie orders, I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. If you have a last-minute craving, check my Instagram Storiesβ€”I occasionally post "flash sales" of extra bakes!

  • Most orders are available for pickup at the Waxhaw Farmers Market on Saturday mornings (9AM – 12PM). For mid-week orders, we offer a scheduled porch pickup at our Waxhaw studio. Details and addresses are provided once your order is finalized. Some delivery/meet up options are available upon request.

  • Absolutely. In fact, I encourage it! Every Saturday at the Waxhaw Farmers Market, I offer Market-Exclusive Slices, small-batch cookies and macarons. It’s the perfect way to taste-test our signature flavors before committing to a full custom order.

  • We are finicky about the planet. You won't find any plastic "clamshell" containers here. All Bake Shoppe treats are packaged in recyclable paper, compostable boxes, or our specialty compostable plant-based containers. We believe the unboxing experience should be as beautiful (and earth-friendly) as the bake itself.

  • Our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility, therefore specific gluten-free or vegan alternatives are not recommended due to cross-contamination with our other products.
