INGREDIENTS
3 c mix of yellow & white extra sharp cheddar block
4 oz whipped cream cheese
4 oz diced pimentos, with juice
1/4 c Duke’s mayonnaise
1 Pimento Dip Spice Mix Pouch
DIRECTIONS
Shred cheese, medium thickness
In a large bowl, fold all ingredients with a spatula until thoroughly mixed
Enjoy on sandwiches, crackers, veggies & more!
