A traditional Southern spread that originated in the Northern states in the early 1900s. Made with a mixture of cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese and spices. It can be enjoyed as a dip, on a sandwich or as a topping to a burger.

There are no freshness additives therefore shelf life will be determined by time and temperature. Take out scoops as needed to keep the original container refrigerated at all times. Typical shelf life is 30-60 days if properly stored.
